FAQs

  • To test patients with IbisVision you will require a computer or laptop. To carry out tests in-person using IBIS-Core, you will need a screen for you and a screen for your patient. If you choose IBIS-Connect, you will only a require a screen for yourself and your patient should use their own computer or laptop. If you have chosen IBIS-Remote, our team will discuss the equipment options with you when you are signing up as this will depend on whether you want to use this for providing domiciliary care or occupational health services.

  • This all depends on the module you choose when signing up as costs vary for each. We do have multiple ways to pay which makes IbisVision flexible and you can choose a plan which suits your business. Choose to pay monthly, annual or on a pay per test basis. To find out exact costs for your business, get in touch with our team.

  • This depends on whether you choose to adopt IBIS-Core, IBIS-Connect or IBIS-Remote but our most popular tests are Visual Acuity, Visual Field, Amsler and Colour.

  • We have a dedicated Training Portal on our website which you will receive login details for when you sign up. This has various support materials that will help you to learn how to use the platform no matter which module you’ve chosen. Our IBIS-Bot is also situated on our Training Portal and on the platform. This allows you to search our help centre or speak to a member of our team with any support requests.

  • If you choose IBIS-Connect your patient will need access to a computer or laptop to complete the tests remotely. However, they do not need access to any extra equipment to position themselves for the tests as IbisVision is a no-contact testing solution. The system will accurately position your patient whether you choose to do the tests in-person or remotely.

  • When you sign up you will receive a welcome email with a link to the platform and your login details. The link to the IbisVision platform is accessed via a web browser, meaning you don’t need to install any software onto your computer or laptop.
